Sales Coordinator:-
Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to manage product availability and shipping.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, invoices, and customer communications.
Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing questions and resolving issues.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist in managing customer accounts, including setting up new accounts and updating existing ones.
Prepare Proforma Invoice and coordinate with accounts team and dispatch team for Order dispatch and payment confirmation.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is beneficial.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Must know Hindi and should be well versed in Excel
