Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best product options.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Health and Glow products and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Retail Sector.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of the Retail market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
