Market Research & Analysis: Up-to-date market trends, competitors, and prices on the properties. Market insights, sales performance, and forecast to be presented to senior management regularly.
Sales Reports: Keep management abreast of the sales performance with regular sales reports and track the KPIs. Sales data analysis to ascertain the changes needed for a better performance
Regulations & Compliance: Always adhere to all the legal needs and industry standards. Always update yourself on laws relating to real estate, property management regulation, and transactional procedures.
