Position: Sales Executive

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through cold calling, online research, and networking.
Pitch Webyards’ website design and development services to prospects.
Conduct virtual meetings with clients to showcase demo websites and explain pricing plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets (minimum of 20 sales per month).
Follow up on leads, address client inquiries, and negotiate effectively.
Accurately maintain records of interactions and sales activities.
Provide clients with regular updates and after-sales support as needed.
Key Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous experience in sales or lead generation (preferred but not mandatory).
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Familiarity with basic digital marketing and website services is a plus.
Compensation:
Fixed salary starting from ₹20,000/month (on achieving targets).
