Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales
Representative to join our IT sales team. The ISR will be responsible for
identifying potential clients, engaging with them to understand their IT needs,
and effectively presenting our technology solutions to drive sales growth
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in various sectors, leveraging
tools and platforms to generate leads.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, email
outreach, and networking events to create interest in our IT solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' IT challenges and present
tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations via web
conferencing tools.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and quotes for
clients, ensuring they align with their needs and budget.
- Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support
and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain
accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging
technologies to effectively position our solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support
teams to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
- Performance Tracking: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and report on sales activities
and outcomes to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a
related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within
the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services,
including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively,
and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented
mindset.
