Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates organically, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Managing Payroll: Prepare and implement a system to manage payroll efficiently, collaborating with the finance team
- Employee Attendance Management: Oversee attendance tracking systems and address any attendance-related issues.
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Monitoring: Develop and manage a system to monitor key performance indicators, aiding in evaluating employee performance.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Expense Reporting: Create reports on expenses incurred by employees, aiding in financial management and budgeting.
- Asset Records Maintenance: Maintain records of company assets, ensuring accurate tracking and management.
- Policy Implementation: Support in preparing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a conducive work environment.
