Position Overview:
As an HR Recruiter at Officebing, you will
play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to
support our growing network of co-working spaces. You will work closely with
our hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, implement effective
recruitment strategies, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify,
source, and recruit candidates for various positions across our PAN India
offices. Utilize diverse channels including job boards, social media, and
professional networks.
- Job Posting: Craft
engaging and accurate job descriptions, and post job openings on relevant
platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop
and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive
and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Interviewing: Conduct
preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
- Recruitment Strategy: Design
and execute recruitment strategies that align with Officebing’s growth
objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to
continually enhance our recruitment efforts.
- Collaboration: Partner
with hiring managers across different locations to understand their hiring
needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.
- Data Management: Manage
candidate information and recruitment activities efficiently using our
applicant tracking system (ATS). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Compliance: Ensure
recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
- Experience: At
least [1] years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
Experience in the real estate or co-working industry is a plus. FRESHER CAN ALSO APPLY

- Proficiency with applicant
