Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
An HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training. They assist in implementing HR strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

- Assist in job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.

- Coordinate the hiring process, including onboarding and orientation.

Employee Relations:

- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflicts.

- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.

Benefits and Compensation:

- Assist in managing employee benefits programs.

- Help design and implement compensation structures.

Training and Development:

- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars.

- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training content.

Compliance and Administration:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.
