• Execute and manage the complete recruitment process for Clinical and Non-Clinical roles.
• Manage the targeted recruitment channels (Portals, Referrals, Advertisements, Campus, etc.) as per the profiles for sourcing the candidates for the open positions and closure of the position within TAT.
• Should be able to do Stakeholder Management and bulk recruitment
• Past exposure of volume hiring preferably from Healthcare - Staff Nurses/ Pharmacist / Front Desk/ Doctors etc. will be an added advantage
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Should be a go getter and Enthusiastic.
• Working Pattern Monday to Saturday.
• Should be able to do bulk hiring
• PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 years of experience in core recruitment. Should have done bulk hiring
