Any Big 4 experience , MNC experience into sourcing for F&A ( PTP RTR , OTC , SCM ) , Actuarial , FPNA / FP&A , HRO expertise , audit ( SOX , IT SOX , Business SOX ) , BPO , Bulk hiring , Search expert ( Naukri , LinkedIn etc. ) , Maintain data , workday experience would be preferrable.

Job Overview We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and manage the main stage of our hiring process. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible to utilize different channels to search for potential candidates, reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future employment needs. You will proactively recognize our hiring needs and assist us in filling our open vacancies with qualified workers. If you have strong administration skills, know how to source via social media and enjoy learning about various roles, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities • Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster Etc.). • Recognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing procedures. • Create talent pools for future hiring needs. • Measure conversion rates which include the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews • Request for referrals from current workers and external networks. • Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms. • Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System. • Correspond with past candidates in regard to available job openings. Requirements • Graduate/Postgraduate from any stream. • Proven 3-5 year work experience as a Talent Sourcer or a similar role in a reputed Talent Search firm • Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies. • Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively. • Ability to work in teams or individually as and when required. • Quick decision-making abilities. • Strong negotiation and sales skills. • Ability to perform under pressure.
