Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Real Estate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by meeting with potential clients, showcasing properties, and building strong relationships with buyers and investors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach and Engagement:
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Schedule and conduct property showings with prospective buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Work with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Present and negotiate offers, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information about properties, including pricing, location, amenities, and market conditions.
Market Knowledge and Reporting:
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and developments.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management about market conditions and client preferences.
- Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client information, track progress, and follow up on leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the buying process from start to finish.
Field Activities:
- Participate in open houses, community events, and other marketing activities to promote properties and generate interest.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to travel locally and spend significant time in the field.
