Summary

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Sustainable Datacenter and ESG Consulting Services. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to embark on a rewarding career in sales within the sustainability and technology sectors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare and submit proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Participate in sales meetings and training programs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
0-2 years of sales experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
Strong interest in sustainability and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Knowledge of data centers or ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) concepts.
Familiarity with CRM software.
