We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of CNC machinery and will be responsible for promoting and selling our CNC machine solutions to manufacturers, engineering companies, and other industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• 1- Client Acquisition:
2- Identify potential customers and build relationships with decision-makers in manufacturing and engineering sectors.
3- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry-related events and exhibitions .
• 4- Product Promotion:
5- Promote and sell CNC machines and related automation solutions to clients.
6- Provide technical consultations, explaining machine features, capabilities, and benefits.
• 7- Sales Process Management:
8-Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
9-Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
10- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients.
• Customer Support:
11- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
12- Collaborate with the service team to ensure post-sales support and timely issue resolution.
• Market Research & Strategy:
13-Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
14- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Reporting: Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inquiries using CRM software.
15- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the CNC machinery or manufacturing industry. Technical knowledge of CNC machines, automation solutions, and manufacturing processes is essential.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical specifications to customers.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
