1) Initially responsible for sourcing new properties both residential and commercial.
2) Then the responsibility will be sourcing new prospects, negotiating with them, and closing sales/rental deals.
3) Standard deliverables include meeting sales target, positive customer relations, smooth move in if any, and increasing company revenue.

6) Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
7) Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales demonstrations.
8) Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

10) Regularly update sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
11) Provide excellent post-sales support and customer service.
12) Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation activities.
