Job Title: Field Sales Executive/Officer

Location: Bangalore/Vizag

Experience: 2+ years (Cosmetics/FMCG General Trade)

Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Conduct sales visits (20-25/day) and market research.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.

Prepare sales reports and use CRM software for accurate documentation.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or related field.

Proven sales experience in field sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
