Job Description
- Sales: Generating leads, educating customers, and closing sales
- Customer service: Collecting customer information, following up with leads, and maintaining customer accounts
- Sales reporting: Creating sales reports and forecasts, and providing feedback to management
- Sales strategy: Developing sales strategies and methods, and monitoring competitors
- Product knowledge: Completing product-specific sales training and performing product demonstrations
- Administrative tasks: Directing and supervising sales representatives, and working with other departments
- Customer relationships: Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
- Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable agreement for both.
