Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and initiate contact.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present our products and services persuasively to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate competitor activity.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the SMS or telecommunications industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with good analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Information:
- This position is full-time and may require travel.
- Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission and performance-based incentives.
