Job Description: We're looking for a highly enthusiastic, proactive, and self - driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for a fresher who is dynamic and looking forward to make a mark in the sales industry and gain hands-on experience in both B2B and D2C sales. You will work closely with the founder, contributing to the rapid growth of the brand by actively participating in direct sales, converting leads into sales in B2B channel, and helping us test our product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct direct sales activities to test product-market fit.
Identify customer’s buying trends and provide reports to management.
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads and prospects in the ERP software.
Source new sales opportunities by identifying and pursuing B2B clients, and contribute to grow the company’s revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to help refine our product offerings.
Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and other sales opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
A fresh graduate in BBA or B. Com or Diploma, with specialization in Sales and Marketing, looking to kickstart their career in sales.
You should be a fast learner with the ability to adapt easily.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to take on challenges and contribute to the brand's success.
Knowledge on the application of technology and AI to automate or enhance sales will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work – Time management is a must.
Must be available to work extended hours or weekends if needed.
