Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities:
    • Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the market.
    • Generate leads and arrange meetings with decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Client Follow-up:
    • Follow up with clients after meetings and quotations to ensure successful deal closures.
    • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
  • Revenue Collection:
    • Ensure that revenue is collected according to agreed timelines.
  • Database Management:
    • Maintain and expand the database of potential clients, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Event Participation:
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads.
  • Arranging Client Visits:
    • Organize and coordinate client visits to the laboratory, ensuring a productive and professional experience.
  • Sales and Collections Targets:
    • Achieve monthly sales and collections targets as set by the company.
  • Vendor Registrations & Rate Contracts:
    • Manage vendor registrations and finalize rate contracts in line with company policies.
  • Quotation and PO Submission:
    • Ensure the timely submission of quotations and purchase order copies to the accounts team.
  • Reporting:
    • Submit daily reports to the reporting manager, detailing activities and progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
