Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive occupancy, revenue growth, increase brand awareness and sentiment, and enhance the guest experience at Michigan and Atlanta. The Executive needs to be a marketing professional and collaborates closely with other departments to create compelling campaigns that attract visitors, price discussions, and promotions & offers.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and comprehensive plans that drive revenue growth, marketing attributed conversions, customer value, and positive brand sentiment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with customer journey and marketing funnel optimization.
- Direct experience building integrated marketing campaign plans and creative and media agency briefs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of channels.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience organizing, managing, and motivating high-performing team to aligned, impactful products and achieve targeted results.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Brand development experience and a creative mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving positive change.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Experience must include at least 3-4 years of progressive Marketing and Management experience with at least 2 years at the senior management level.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve customer acquisition and brand awareness targets, positioning Spark Building Energy Solutions as a leading provider in Michigan.
- Support the creation of marketing, public relations, and media plans that align with business objectives, target market segments, and ROI goals.
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including website updates, SEO/SEM strategies, social media content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in content creation, including drafting blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs, helping the team evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to support the marketing team in maintaining a competitive edge.
