The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, experience with FBA, and a passion for e-commerce. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing sales strategies, handling inventory, and ensuring our products meet Amazon’s guidelines and standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Product Research and Sourcing:*

- Conduct market research to identify profitable product opportunities.

- Source products from reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

- Analyze competitors and stay updated with market trends.
2. *Listing Management:*

- Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and images.

- Ensure listings comply with Amazon’s guidelines and are SEO-friendly.

- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive.
3. *Inventory Management:*

- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stockouts and overstock.

- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage shipments and ensure timely delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers.

- Handle inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
4. *Sales Optimization:*

- Implement and manage Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and execute promotional strategies, including deals, discounts, and giveaways.
5. *Customer Service:*

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

- Manage product reviews and feedback to maintain a positive seller rating.

- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. *Compliance and Reporting:*

- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and regulations.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

- Stay informed about changes in Amazon’s policies and update strategies accordingly.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as an Amazon FBA seller or in a similar e-commerce role.

- Strong understanding of Amazon’s FBA program and marketplace dynamics.

- Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience with Amazon PPC and other advertising platforms is a plus.
