Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential Insurance & Mutual funds clients.

• Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, referrals, and industry events, to generate leads.

• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent communication and follow-up.

• Address client inquiries, provide information about insurance products, and schedule consultations with sales representatives.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.

• Track and report on lead generation metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve lead generation efforts.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.

• Communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

• Any Graduate or a related field is preferred.
