Job Requirement and Responsibilities:

• Excellent Communication skills in English & Hindi. (Knowing additional languages is an advantage)
• Generate leads through cold calls, marketing, meetings etc.
• Creating database of interior designers & architects & regularly schedule meetings to introduce ESQRO Lighting Co.'s products & services.
• Assisting clients in a manner that maintains long term relationships.
• Critical thinking: ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
• Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
• Superior organization, planning skills, time management and prioritization with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a dynamic, team environment that spans several businesses which are managed in several locations.
• Working in a team & creating a competitive work environment to develop sales & continuously improving customer experience.
