Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Lead Generation Executive to promote and drive participation in our upcoming events. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential participants, providing them with event details, and encouraging them to sign up for our events. You will play a key role in boosting event awareness and increasing registration numbers through direct communication.

Key Responsibilities (Event Coordinator - Delegate Acquisition):

Research & Identification: Identify and research potential delegate prospects within target industries and markets.

Outreach Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage and attract potential delegates to events and conferences. This includes cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.

Lead Generation:

Manage lead generation efforts to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into event delegates.

Ensure timely follow-up, continuous engagement, and personalized outreach to drive successful delegate sign-ups.

Event Promotion: Communicate the value and benefits of events and conferences to prospective delegates, effectively conveying event details and the experience to generate interest.

Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and nurture a pipeline of potential delegates from initial contact to registration. Ensure timely follow-up and engagement to drive successful delegate sign-ups.

Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and event teams to create compelling messaging, marketing materials, and promotional strategies tailored to potential delegates.

Event Coordination: Coordinate and schedule all logistics related to delegate acquisition, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact through to event registration and attendance.

Post-Event Engagement: Maintain communication with delegates post-event, gathering feedback to improve future delegate acquisition strategies and event experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

·       Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.

·       Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

·       Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude.

·       Strong listening and negotiation skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

·       Knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
