Job Description
Recruitment of advisors for general insurance and selling to customers through agents, training & development of agents , lead generation, cold calls , feet on street on daily basis , should achieve monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
Oversee daily sales operations and processes
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Analyze and report sales performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive initiatives
Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations
Identify and pursue new market opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
