Position Overview: The Sales Process Head will oversee and optimize the end-to-end sales operations for Corporate Loans, MSME Loans, and CGTMSE schemes. They will lead the sales team, design effective strategies, and ensure seamless execution to achieve organizational targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development
○ Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals for Corporate Loans, MSME Loans, and CGTMSE offerings.
○ Analyze market trends and develop innovative approaches to stay competitive.
2. Team Leadership and Management
○ Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve maximum productivity and performance.
○ Set clear performance targets and KPIs for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
3. Sales Process Optimization
○ Develop, refine, and enforce a standardized sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
○ Implement tools and technology to streamline lead management, follow-ups, and conversions.
4. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
○ Establish strong client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
○ Address escalated client concerns and provide resolution strategies to the sales team.
5. Tie-ups with Bankers
○ Build and maintain partnerships with banks and financial institutions to enhance loan processing efficiency.
○ Negotiate terms and streamline collaboration processes to support client funding needs.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
○ Monitor and evaluate sales metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
○ Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and team performance for senior management.
7. Compliance and Risk Management
○ Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
○ Identify and mitigate risks in the sales process to safeguard company interests.
Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
● 4+years of experience in a leadership role within financial services, with a focus on sales processes.
● In-depth knowledge of Corporate Loans, MSME Loans, and CGTMSE schemes.
● Proven expertise in team leadership, process optimization, and sales strategy execution.
● Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics software, and MS Office
