Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for an Inside Domestic or International Sales Executive . The role involves day-to-day tasks related to national or international sales operations and will be responsible for making outbound & Inbound calls to potential customers, promoting credit card products, and providing information about the services.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, ensuring effective sales presentations and accurate recommendations to domestic or international clients.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track sales performance for domestic or international markets and provide regular updates and reports to management.
Utilize CRM software to manage and monitor leads, sales activities, and customer data.
Travel (if required):
Occasional national, international travel may be required to meet clients, attend trade shows, or explore new market opportunities.
Sales Generation:
Actively pursue new sales leads and convert them into business through calls, emails, and other forms of communication within the domestic market.
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify prospects for suitable product/service offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing domestic customers.
Provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, sales proposals, and product presentations.
Manage administrative tasks like order processing, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Market Expansion:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential markets in international regions.
Develop sales strategies to target new international customers, keeping in mind the unique needs and cultural preferences of each market.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Build relationships with international clients through emails, video calls, and occasional in-person meetings or travel.
Manage the entire international sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Negotiate international contracts, pricing, and terms, while adhering to global market standards and regulations.
Sales Coordination:
Work closely with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to fulfill international orders and ensure successful product delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate should be comfortable speaking in English
Candidate should be ok with working into Sales
Candidate should be Immediate Joining
Fresher/Experienced professionals, or individuals from specific educational backgrounds are eligible can apply
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
Strong negotiation, closing, and customer service skills.
Ability to adapt sales strategies for different regions, markets, and cultures.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
