Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target hotels and luxury properties for potential partnerships
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to guide business planning and resource allocation
• Drive profitability by executing strategic initiatives and maximize financial performance within the designated
profit centre
• Prepare compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of our products and drive sales
conversions through communication and negotiation skills
• Mentor and train a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
to enhance the team’s capabilities
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade fairs, and networking events
• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with the stakeholders and potential clients
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
• Highly presentable and adept at delivering compelling presentations
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Keenly motivated individual and team player, fueled by a genuine passion for inspiring and driving success
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, or related courses is highly preferred
