The candidate should be able to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Should be able to meet monthly sales targets (through various channels available)
Candidate should be able to operate on field as well as home branch
Should be open to work on Sunday’s (compensatory leave would be granted if working on weekly or public holiday’s)
He / She should be enthusiastic to learn and grow within the organisation.
Efforts would be incentivised on a monthly basis additionally
Candidate should be willing to travel to other cities if a customer appointment needs to be addressed

Educational - Graduate or higher
Proficiency in language - Moderate fluency in English is acceptable
