Key Responsibilities:

2. Client Outreach & Lead Generation:
• Conduct cold calling and emailing campaigns to reach prospective clients, introducing them to our product portfolio and value propositions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads, follow up on inquiries, and nurture client relationships to drive business growth.
3. Product Knowledge & Client Support:
• Maintain a strong understanding of our FMCG products and market trends to effectively communicate with clients and address their questions.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
4. Collaboration & Team Support:
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales departments, to align efforts and maximize efficiency.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Qualifications:
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Experience managing and optimizing professional LinkedIn accounts.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales & Marketing Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and other outreach efforts.
• Basic knowledge of FMCG products and market dynamics is preferred.
