Job Description
Requirement/ Job role
- Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients via calls.
- Coordinate with clients through voice video calls with the organization's calling system and provide project details to convince the customer for site visits
- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads.
- Follow up with the client after a site visit to understand the client's site visit experience.
- Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.
- Stability in candidates is mandatory, 12 passed with good English speaking skills.
- Location Vile Parle (E)
- CTC. Rs. 4 Lakhs max. on roles of 3rd party vendor
