Job Description

HR Head Functions:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

- Employee Onboarding

- Performance Management

- Training and Development

- Employee Relations

- HR Policies and Compliance

- Organizational Development

- HR Analytics and Reporting.

HR Head Initiatives:
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business improvement

- Managing and reporting on payroll, recruitment and internal working regulation and policies.

- Focusing company attention on inclusion and equality.

- Work on staff productivity and satisfaction through implementing strategies.

- Mentor and support the HR team and general staff.

- Ensure team leaders have the appropriate skills and knowledge to guide their teams.

- Oversee recruitment strategies and ensure that effective onboarding strategies are being followed.
