Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by meeting with potential clients, showcasing properties, and building strong relationships with buyers and investors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach and Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

• Schedule and conduct property showings with prospective buyers and investors.

• Sales Strategy Implementation:

  • Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information about properties, including pricing, location, amenities, and market conditions.

• Present and negotiate offers, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.

• Market Knowledge and Reporting:

  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and developments.
  • Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals.
    

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the buying process from start to finish.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• A valid real estate license is preferred or required depending on the region.
  
• Willingness to travel locally and spend significant time in the field.
