• To handle the sales operations of the department, appointments and the end result
on follow ups and conversions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing accurate information
and resolving inquiries or complaints effectively.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing and potential
customers.
• Plan and focus on the revenue generation.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team to meet customer
expectations as well as internal and external standards.
• Prepare action plan by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales
leads and prospects.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers: send a high volume of
email communication to potential customers.
• Responsible for meeting daily, monthly and quarterly targets.
