Job Description

We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist (0-4 years experience) for a full-time, on-site role. The job includes lead generation, customer satisfaction, and promoting our programs while building strong client relationships.

● Identify and qualify leads

● Prospect new customers and follow up with inquiries

● Identify decision-makers in target businesses

● Maintain customer data in the CRM system

● Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements

● Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers

● Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and provide feedback

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities

● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
