Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage our two Etsy accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, handling customer interactions, and enhancing our online presence. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on two Etsy accounts.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and order issues promptly and professionally.
Optimize product descriptions and titles to improve search rankings.
Create and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on Etsy.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Stay updated on Etsy policies, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: 0 to 3 years in e-commerce, customer service, or related fields.
Excellent written English skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their integration with e-commerce.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
