Position Summary:
The Pre-Sales Consultant collaborates with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet those needs. This role involves demonstrating the company's products and services to potential clients, addressing technical questions, and ensuring proposed solutions align with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling to the client regarding their requirements.
Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
Provide consultation and answer client queries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with post-sales teams to ensure smooth transition and implementation of solutions.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities.
Support the sales team during the negotiation and closing phases of the sales cycle.
Provide post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
