We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented experienced Tour Sales Executive to join our team at Offbeat Adventure Tours Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and adventure and experience in sales and customer service in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell adventure tour packages to potential customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to increase sales.
• Provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, and travel arrangements.
• Handle booking processes, including reservations, payments, and confirmations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of tours.

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tour sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and adventure activities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
