Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our business operations.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 
1. Market Research and Analysis:
   - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
   - Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective business strategies.
 
2. Client Acquisition:
   - Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
   - Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to meet sales targets.
 
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
   - Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
   - Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve revenue targets.
   - Track and report sales performance metrics regularly.
 
4. Team Collaboration:
   - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
   - Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
 
5. Business Development Strategies:
   - Create and implement business development plans and strategies.
   - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
 
6. Customer Relationship Management:
   - Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
   - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in ​Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the IT Industry.
