Training Program *Company will provide you 6 days CRT.*4 Days Classroom Training will be provided *After Training there will be a test for product Knowledge, Call pitch test and Working Structure test .
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
Understand the context of SMB owners, assess their business patterns, and pitch relevant services to make a sale.
Support in achieving sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Skills We Require:
Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms
Presentation skills
Familiarity with Anydesk and Zip file management
Professional grooming and appearance with formal attire required
Laptop and strong internet connectivity are necessary/Alternative Number
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
Freshers are also accepted
Good in writing outbound sales emails
Good in Telephonic communication
Salary - 6LPA(3 lpa fixed + 3 lpa variable) (incentive)
