Position Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Staff to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their requirements.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our range of marble, tiles, and related products.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and maintenance of different materials.
Sales Process:
- Assist customers with product selection and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Prepare and present quotes, and follow up with customers to close sales.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Showroom Maintenance:
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Arrange product displays to highlight our offerings and seasonal promotions.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering processes.
- Collaborate with management to identify trends and customer preferences.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Attend regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, design, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, flooring, or a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
