Customer Engagement:

• Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their requirements.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our range of marble, tiles, and related products.
• Educate customers on the features, benefits, and maintenance of different materials.

Sales Process:

• Assist customers with product selection and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Prepare and present quotes, and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.

Showroom Maintenance:

• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Arrange product displays to highlight our offerings and seasonal promotions.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering processes.
• Collaborate with management to identify trends and customer preferences.

Customer Service:

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Attend regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, design, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, flooring, or a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for design and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
