We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our POS machines and self-ordering kiosks to businesses within the retail and hospitality sectors.
Responsibilities :
- Drives product and Service Segments selling process, seeks out and identifies revenue opportunities, prepares tailored offerings and formal service proposals to potential Customers.
- Describes competitive advantages of our product and services in the market and how these translate to Customers benefits.
- Translates Customers current and future problems into solutions opportunity
- Develops a thorough understanding of assigned Customers and their business environments; to include corporate goals, three to five years plan, financial performance, core businesses, market direction, major competitors, Industry trends, facilities and organizational structure.
- Knows Customers key decision makers, their personal wins, top goals and objectives. Meets with each of these on a regular basis.
- Communicates effectively Customers product requests and enhancements internally.
- Provides program/project tracking for assigned tasks/Customers. Ensures that all project activities remain on schedule.
- Is involved with sales negotiations, proposal making, external factors and delegating actions to respective divisions.
- Maintains functional relations with divisional functional groups and supports all Area Operating Points with competent Support..
- Works closely with solution/channel partners to ensure a common direction and to build a strong technical synergy.
- Reviews all Service/delivery Quality issues in his/her business account to ensure optimum Service Quality.
- Maintains sales forecast with 90% accuracy.
- Manage DSO of given customer under check and within credit period
