The Manager - Sales and Marketing plays a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving business growth. As the primary point of contact for customers, the Manager - Sales and Marketing ensures client satisfaction, identifies sales opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
a. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
b. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
c. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
2. Sales and Business Development:
a. Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers.
b. Develop new business from existing clients.
c. Actively seek new sales opportunities.
d. Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
3. Contract Negotiation and Profit Maximization:
a. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
b. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
a. Collaborate with internal departments (including Customer Service and Product Development) to improve the entire customer experience.
b. Prepare sales reports and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Consumer Insights:
a. Answer client queries promptly.
b. Collect and analyze data to understand consumer behavior.
c. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling among existing customers.
6. Occasional Travel:
a. This position may require occasional travel.
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with account management software (CRM).
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Ability to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas
Experience
- Worked in Hospital / Insurance company / TPA 1 to 3 years. (added advantage)
