Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will take over from our current assistant, who will be leaving after a 3-month notice period. During this period, you will work closely with her to ensure a smooth transition and handover of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Company Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all company functions are running smoothly.
2.Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
3.Employee Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and management of freelancers and staff.
4.Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our services.
5.Sales: Develop and manage sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
