Role: BDE - Inside Sales
Location: Bangalore (In Office Job)
Responsibilities:
• Outbound calls for conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
• Pitch various products including mock tests, analytics, and online learning platform
• Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with the objectives
• Proactively identify the cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing users
• Customer Relationship Management
• Handle customer queries through chat and inbound calls
• Provide constant customer feedback to the product and marketing teams.
Requirements:
• At least two years of Sales and BD experience via calls and live chat
• Effective communication skills - English and Hindi
• Any other regional language expertise – Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam,
Bengali is a plus. Understanding of CRM tools
• Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently
and within a team
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Basic knowledge of various competitive exams is a plus.
