Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality service and support, ensuring a positive experience for clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, providing updates and following up as needed to ensure complete satisfaction.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in an international voice process or customer service role is highly desirable. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
