Job Opening: International Voice Associate

The International Voice Associate is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with international clients. This role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

The main responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to and from international clients.
• Providing accurate information about products, services, or processes.

Candidates should have:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and neutral accent.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in an international voice process or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in any field is advantageous but not essential.

The position may require working in different shifts to accommodate international time zones, including night shifts. Specific shift timings will be discussed during the interview process.
