Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our US Process - International Voice team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for our international clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain professional interactions.
• Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues.
• Document customer interactions and follow-up actions accurately.

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
• Prior experience in an international voice process is an advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work in night shifts to align with US time zones.
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
