Position: International Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international calls with professionalism and clarity.
Utilize Spancoretech to manage calls, access client information, and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Providing information about product specifications and pricing
Responding accurately, promptly, and effectively to call center calls
Quickly resolving difficulties with angry and frustrated customers
Promoting the company's products and services
