Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 

We are seeking motivated BPO Voice Executive to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. As a BPO Voice Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
• Service Delivery: Provide accurate information about products and services, assist with order processing, and follow up on customer interactions as needed.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, 
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in a BPO voice process or customer service role is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus),and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and call center systems.
